Tamika is the founder and CEO of the Get Write With Tamika brand, (formerly known as Ink Pen Diva), where author coaching, editing and professional manuscript critique services are offered. As an author coach, Tamika's mission is to empower others to share their story with the world equipped with accountability, self-awareness and guided instruction. Tamika has served as  a frequent lecturer at the University of South Carolina where The Plus Factor was used as required text in the Department of Women and Gender Studies. Tamika is the author of  five books,  A Life That’s Mine, a fiction novella,Creating a Magnetic Community: Five Ways Aspiring Entrepreneurs, Coaches & Thought Leaders Can Launch with Success, The Plus Factor, A Woman's Journey to Self-Assurance: An Anthology and The Dossier of a Successful Author.
